How To Use?

Booking of Tickets are instant confirmation
Tourplus will issue the e-ticket via EMAIL on the same day within office hours (0900 to 1800 hours)
Present a pre-print ticket / e-ticket to Sunway Lagoon's ticketing counter to redeem admission wristband(s). Sunway Lagoon may request customer to present MyKad/ Proof of Identity at the time of redemption

Terms & condition of Ticket

Validity of ticket is 1 month from the date of purchase
Expired tickets cannot be extended
Once tickets are issued there is no amendment or cancellation
All tickets purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE

Terms & Conditions of Park

FREE admission for children below 90cm in height
Children aged 0-11 must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the park
The Park reserves the right at its own discretion to carry out renovations and/or upgrading programmes as and when deemed necessary without prior notification
The park is closed every Tuesday for maintenance except Public Holidays and School holidays
Re-entry to the park is not allowed and all park visitors’ wristbands will be removed upon exit
Opening Hours : 10:00 - 18:00 (Closed on: Tuesday)
The attraction is open during all holiday periods

How To Get There?

By Car: With fast expressways, Sunway Lagoon is a short 15-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur. You can simply put in the location of the park and the navigation will take you to your destination.

By Train: Take the KTM Komuter train to Subang Jaya Station or the Putra LRT train to Kelana Jaya station, then the Sunway Pyramid feeder bus to the park.

The amusement park is divided into two sections: Wild Wild West, which has four rides, and World of Adventure, which has nine rides or attractions.
